Though Mother’s Day is largely a Western holiday, it is also given some attention in Gujarat.
Pray today for the mothers here who raise their children with little hope of ever seeing an easier or better life. Pray for the mothers here who don’t know that they are leading their children on a path of death by instructing them in their traditional religions. Pray for the mothers who know something of Jesus, but not enough to teach their children the Truth. And pray for the mothers who follow Jesus: pray that they will be bold in teaching their children the way of Truth, and that they will be bold in modeling for their children the joy of sharing Jesus with others.
