Gandhi on Christ

Mahatma Gandhi once said, “I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.” Unfortunately this is often true, for Christians are not always Believers, and Believers are not infalliable. In all likelihood, Gandhi died without accepting the truth of the Gospel. Pray today that Believers in Gujarat will “conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel” (Philippians 1:27) and that non-Believers will be drawn to Christ through their witness.

One Response to Gandhi on Christ

So sad, and so true. I often don’t like the actions of those who call themselves Christians as well.
